Data sources and licences: Open Food Facts in Macrovia

For individual product lookups Macrovia may use the official Open Food Facts interface, with source and licence metadata.

Product data from Open Food Facts, available under the Open Database License (ODbL). Macrovia does not scrape the website; only an official export may be used for bulk loading. The licence of product images has to be assessed separately, so an Open Food Facts image is not displayed automatically.
