Peanut and tree nuts: separate allergen groups

Peanut and tree nuts form separate groups in EU allergen labelling. The system should not handle them under a single “nuts and seeds” label: allergy filtering needs separate hard exclusion labels, and the recipe should name the specific species where possible.
