Lactose intolerance and milk allergy: why different rules?

Lactose intolerance is a question of digestive tolerance, while milk allergy is an immune reaction. The “lactose-free” label does not automatically mean a product is safe in milk allergy, so handle the two user settings and filter rules separately.
