Fish recipe recommender: which labels should be mandatory?

For a recipe containing fish, the specific species or product type, the fish/crustacean/mollusc allergen label, the preparation form and the storage guidance should be structured fields. In a pregnancy context the system should not rank by mercury exposure without country-specific species advice.
